This quarter, we are tossing out the boring old spreadsheets and throwing down for an old-school Summer Camp Color War. This field manual contains everything you need to know to survive the summer, earn your badges, and bring glory to your cabin!

Every single agent has been drafted into one of five competitive teams. Look out for your welcome message from your designated Camp Counselor (Team Captain):

The Camp Safety Rule: To ensure true team collaboration, no individual camper's points can account for more than 40% of their Cabin's overall total score. You can't let your top producers pull the whole canoe; everyone has to paddle!

Camp Q3 wraps up at the end of September. We will celebrate our survival with a massive office-wide cookout, where the final awards will be distributed:

The Color War Trophy: Every camper in the winning Cabin who contributed at least 30 individual points will win a joint prize.

The "Top Camper" MVP Award: The single individual across the entire brokerage with the most points will win their own prize.
